As a registered user of one of our products you are entitled to unlimited technical support via e-mail or fax, We regret that as a small company we can only off very limited support via telephone and would prefer that other avenues are pursued first. This doesn't mean that we don't want to talk to you, on the contrary, we'd love to hear from you. It just means that we don't have the staff to field telephone technical questions in any realistic manner.

If you send us an e-mail or fax describing your problem or question we will respond within one business day (usually sooner) with at least an acknowledgement of your question(s) and more than likely an answer. Followup transmissions may be necessary.


Bug Reports: You as a user of our software can help us to make it better. If you find a bug please let us know about it.
